Trip to the Leonardo with the Williamsons

In mid-April we went to the Leonardo museum in Salt Lake City. It has some great stuff for kids! I think elementary-aged kids would enjoy it the most, but Peter and Max still enjoyed it, and the time with their cousins, very much!

Here they are sitting in a box with tree blocks. The blocks were rough cuts from actual tree branches so they were shaped irregularly and it was difficult to actually build something, but a fun idea!

An area to learn about pixels.

The kids were seeing themselves on a screen which switched to different backgrounds.

Aunt Sarah helping Peter and Blaze make their own wind-up cars out of cardboard and rubberbands. So cool! They really worked!
